Inspired by the grand palace libraries, the shelves of The Library house around 3,000 references, ranging from renowned Spanish, French, and Italian wineries to the finest selections from the so-called New World or emerging countries in winemaking such as Georgia, Romania, and Greece.
Our wine-by-the-glass menu features nearly 80 selections of reds, whites, rosés, sparkling, fortified, and sweet wines. To complement and enhance the nuances of this selection, we also offer an enticing array of delicacies.
Here, conversations flow like the wine, enveloping the senses in an experience that transcends the ordinary.
Seeking tasting moments that uniquely celebrate wine, Sandro Silva, chef and co-founder of Grupo Paraguas, is crafting a different style of pairing for The Library, where wine takes center stage over the food.
Soon, a selection of exceptional Grands Crus accompanied by their gastronomic pairings will be available to enjoy under very exclusive conditions.
