Located at the entrance of The Library, the Bar has been designed as a vibrant space to open a bottle or enjoy a glass with friends. In short, a social area dedicated to the enjoyment of wine, with the perfect food to complement it.
The Library aims to provide personalised service and tailor its recommendations to the client’s tastes and preferred tasting style, whether for takeaway or to enjoy in situ. In the Bar area, the sommeliers have created a by-the-glass wine list featuring nearly 80 selections of reds, whites, rosés, sparkling wines, fortified wines, and sweet wines. For those who prefer to uncork a bottle, they may consult the list of more than 3,500 references. To accompany, and to highlight and enhance the nuances of that list, an enticing selection of delicatessen is offered: exceptional Iberian cured meats prepared by master carvers, premium Spanish preserves, internationally renowned foies and, of course, artisan cheeses.
