Voucher Validity
Valid only for redemption for an experience at THE LIBRARY.
Cannot be used at other Grupo Paraguas venues.
Valid from Monday to Sunday during the restaurant’s regular operating hours.
Value and Conditions of Use
Minimum value: €150.
Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any other product or service, except as provided under the Right of Withdrawal.
Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
Any unused balance is non-refundable and cannot be claimed.
If the bill exceeds the voucher value, the customer shall pay the difference.
Voucher Purchase
Purchased exclusively via the link available on THE LIBRARY website.
A valid email address and a bank card are required for payment.
Following purchase, a confirmation email will be sent with the digital voucher and a unique single-use code.

Reservation and Voucher Redemption
A reservation is required, subject to availability.
The voucher must be presented in digital or printed format at the time of payment.
Voucher Usage
Valid for single use only.
The pre-loaded amount cannot be split for subsequent visits.
Right of Withdrawal
The purchaser may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used.
Withdrawal requests must be sent to:

with the subject line “DIGITAL VOUCHER RETURN”.
The refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.
